Dr. Vid Jindal, DC, CCSP, DACRB, ART, GT, HMT, FMS, SFMA, Z-Trainer

Dr. Jindal is a graduate of Palmer West College of Chiropractic.  Upon graduation, he received the prestigious Clinical Excellence Award for outstanding patient care.  He understands how acute and chronic injuries can be alleviated in your daily life and in athletic settings. 

Dr. Jindal uses a variety of advanced soft tissue techniques including Active Release Technique (ART ), Graston Technique (GT), Hanson Muscle Technique (HMT) and Rock Tape protocols to evaluate the patients’ issues as a whole and prescribe effective rehabilitation and supportive treatments.


He is an American Board Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician.   This elite program gives doctors like him the ability to treat at the International and Olympic levels.  He is also currently completing training as a Diplomat of the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board which offers the most advance research based training and cutting edge protocols for treatment of injuries.

 

Dr. Jindal is also a Certified Personal Trainer under the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  He uses their biomechanical based model to help identify patients’ problems and correct the issue with exercises to prevent the pain from returning.

He is also a Russian Kettlebell Certified Instructor (RKC), the most physically grueling personal training certification there is.  He combines many of his corrective protocols with the use of Kettlebell drills for optimal rehabilitation and maintenance.  He is also certified as Functional Movement Systems (FMS) and Selective Functional Movement Analysis Trainer (SFMA).  These certifications help him analyze and design the most effective rehabilitation protocol for your injuries.



In his leisure time, he spends many hours a week training Kettlebells for personal fitness.   He is also an avid golfer, mountain bike rider, beach/court volleyball and downhill skiing/racing.   He ventures to Whistler many times a year to enjoy the slopes and Canadian outdoors which he grew up with until moving to the Bay Area.
